Whether you are taking your very first driving lesson, training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), towing for the first time on a B+E course, or arranging a fleet assessment for your business, we know you are trusting us with more than just your time — you are trusting us with your personal information.

3.How and Why We Use Your Data

  • Manage and deliver driving lessons, ADI training, B+E courses, and fleet assessments.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind you of bookings.
  • Allocate a suitable instructor and arrange pick-up/drop-off.
  • Track your learning through the student portal.
  • Support ADI trainees through Parts 1, 2, and 3.
  • Take payment, issue receipts, and manage course balances.
  • Communicate about your training and answer enquiries.
  • Prepare reports for fleet/business clients.
  • Keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve our services and (where agreed) send relevant updates.
Marketing. We only contact you where you have asked us to or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
