Tell Dave during the lesson if you can. If that does not sort it, email learners@allisondriveracademy.com or call 07463 174642 with your name, a phone number and what happened.

We will acknowledge the complaint and reply within a reasonable time. The terms use that same wording. We do not publish a fixed number of days.

If it is about personal data, you can also complain to the ICO. Our ICO registration is C2070290. The privacy policy explains that route.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 first.
